I used At Your Service Pet Nannies for the first time the weekend of June 26th. A few weeks before, Shara scheduled a “meet and greet” so she could meet Oliver, my 9-1/2 year old Bernese Mountain Dog. She spent a lot of time asking about his likes and dislikes, as well any medical conditions and special requirements he had. Oliver is lame in one of his legs, and Shara was sensitive to his requirements and medications required. A pet nanny was assigned to watch Oliver for the weekend, and stayed at my house overnight. I received an email from Shara during the weekend letting me know Oliver was doing just fine. That was very re-assuring. When I got home, Oliver's pet nanny had left me detailed notes about her visits with Oliver. As it turned out, there was a thunderstorm one evening, and the pet nanny stayed longer than planned to comfort Oliver, who always gets anxious with thunder and lightning. Shara’s attention to detail and Oliver's pet nanny's anticipation of Oliver’s needs made me feel so comfortable. I would gladly use their service again, and would recommend anybody to do the same, particularly if you have a pet with special needs. You’re in good hands. Rex is taken out for a mid-day daily walk & the neighbors have commented how happy he looks while he is strolling down the street with his "pet nanny." The On-Call Dog Walking service has been a life-saver when a project runs overtime & we have to work extended hours. We often call with very little notice when we are in a bind & someone has gone out to look after Rex. Rex is always happy & content when we return home. I highly recommend this service! | Previous to using "At Your Service Pet Nannies of Bucks County," I left my Bichon Frise, Lexi, in a highly recommended neighborhood kennel. Lexi came back with an ear infection and fleas and she seemed out-of-sorts for weeks. I was skeptical to leave Lexi again but my work requires me to travel. After meeting Shara and seeing her interaction with Lexi, I felt perfectly at ease. I've left Lexi many times in the care of "At Your Service Pet Nannies" and whenever I return, she is happy, playful and healthy! I am now taking advantage of the Daily Dog Walking service so that Lexi can be walked daily while I am at work. It is a benefit for Lexi not to have to wait 12 hours for me to return home & I can concentrate on my job without worrying about her. I love the detailed notes that are left, as well!
